Anja is a certified esthetician and massage practitioner. She has been in the industry for over 20 years. She enjoys treating people to both medical grade and relaxation facials as well as various body treatments.
She uses a combination of deep tissue and soothing relaxation massage, focusing on relieving facial and cranial tension.
Anja loves building strong relationships with her clients as it enables her to choose the best treatment for their skin in the most relaxing atmosphere possible.

Amanda is a registered massage therapist, and graduate of the 3000hr program from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy. She has experience working with athletes, prenatal care, chronic pain management, headaches, motor vehicle incidents, and post surgical care. Her focus is on return to activity through pain reduction and restoration of range of motion.
Amanda's treatments are tailored to the individuals needs, and the appropriate therapeutic intervention. They are often targeted, focal treatments that utilize Swedish techniques, trigger point release, joint manipulations, passive/active stretching and neurodynamic work such as nerve glides for irritations of peripheral nerves. She hopes to further her education by pursuing a Bachelors of Health Science, and neurodynamic focused continuing education course. When she is not treating however, you're likely to see her with a coffee in her hand.
Marlene started her massage career in Alberta. She completed her education in 1992 and has been a member of the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada Association in good standing ever since. She opened her first healing clinic in Stony Plain, Alberta and has owned or managed spas in Spruce Grove, AB, Summerland, BC and Manzanillo Mexico.
Marlene is known for her deep tissue massage. Working together with local physicians and chiropractors, her clinic in Stony Plain gained wide recognition. Marlene then opened a Healing Spa in Spruce Grove, AB revolving around Hot Stone and Lastone. Here she introduced Sea Flora natural seaweed based products for health and beauty to her spa.
In 2010 Marlene made a decision to move to Manzanillo, Mexico for the winters, where she was in high demand by vacationers looking for an educated and certified massage specialist and lived in Summerland, BC during the summers. After managing and working in a spa in Summerland for three years, Marlene founded Sea Escape Massage and Wellness providing Natural Healing modalities. Marlene is still an active member with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada in Alberta.
Christine comes to us with over 10 years of Office Assistant experience.
She did her practical work for the Nail Specialist course alongside our Head Esthetician, Anja while studying her theory online through Aglaia Esthetics Distance Education. As a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy and a former competitive athlete, cyclist. John has experienced some of those challenges of life and sport participation that unbalance the body and lead to seeking therapeutic assistance to regain the previous state of health, or activity. John aims to facilitate the healing process and will work with you to restore pain-free state of well-being, a therapeutic approach whether through 'deep tissue' massage, sports massage or maintenance massage.
John’s treatments aim for restoration of pain-free movement within each individual need’s. John’s approach will incorporate his educational, athletic and therapeutic experiences from SFU Kinesiology, NCCP Sports Science Coaching, Cycling Specialty and West Coast College of Massage Therapy RMT program and as a former member of the BC Cycling Team into a medically sound treatment.
Treatments include thorough Swedish massage, with along with a variety of techniques or approaches that best suit the client’s condition. Including mentionable: Armand Ayaltin’s Systemic Deep Tissue Therapy, Dr. Travel’s trigger-point therapy, Jim Bilotta’s soft-tissue release, variety of orthopedic and soft-tissue techniques, and perhaps even gentler, lymphatic and or Diane Jacob’s dermoneuromodulation techniques for peripheral and superficial nerves.
Christa has previously run her own home-based business providing Reiki, Reflexology, and Raindrop thereapy. Prior to her career in natural medicine, she was a Licensed Practical Nurse for ten years working in many areas including emergency, pediatrics, maternity, geriatrics and orthopaedics. Her decision to pursue a career in holistic health and body work was driven by her desire to give her clients quality one-on-one care.
Christa holds a Certificate with Honours in the Reflexology program from the Academy of Reflexology & Massage, a Master Advanced Certificate with the USUI system of Natural Healing & Reiki. She also holds a Certificate in Raindrop Therapy and is in good standing with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada.
Christa prides herself on giving her clients that extra special attention and helping them to live healthier, happier lives. She uses a gentle relaxed and thorough approach during her massage treatments leaving people in a state of blissful relaxation.
